RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us online … we hope you’re happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right or process a return.
RETURNS
For full credit, all product returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unopened original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To make a return, simply bring the item (along with a copy of your order confirmation) back to one of our stores or contact us via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unless the merchandise is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable method (USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx) for delivery to:

REFUNDS
After receiving your returned merchandise and inspecting its condition, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from receipt to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective, damaged or missing products, please email us (orders@dolittles.com) to arrange a replacement at no charge.
